I had a great time here. the hotel is in a perfect spot, super close to a hiking trail, the train station, and even a cool castle. 🏰 Plus, all the staff were really helpful and friendly.

Everything met expectations, I would happily return. I was happy with hotel's great location in the middle of jackson. Location: the venue was just next door to a hike, Matsumoto Castle and the train station. Easily reached Arby's, located within walking distance of the hotel, had lunch/dinner there: )

Our stay here was great, it served its purpose well. the staff went above and beyond, giving us their full attention. They were incredibly helpful and accommodating, nothing was too much trouble. Overall, it was a fantastic experience! 🌟.
